Rouille 60g

Often paired with fish soups - add the rouille directly to the soup and mix, or spread it on croutons before placing them on the plate. This sauce is also suitable to accompany your cold fish, meat and poultry.

Ingredients : Rapeseed oil, water, egg yolks, sweet mustard (water, mustard seeds , vinegar, salt, spice, natural flavours), garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, chilli, paprika extract, salt, sugar, pepper.
